Biography

I provide individual integrative counselling to adults, strictly adhering to the IACP code of ethics. I work in collaboration with clients, supporting them through life’s challenges. I have gained over twenty years of professional experience working within the HSE Mental Health Service, providing compassionate care for individuals presenting with diverse therapeutic needs.

 

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I aim to meet you with empathy, respect and genuine understanding. I support clients in developing coping strategies, empowering them to manage their presenting difficulties effectively. My approach is person- centered, focusing on building trust and helping you to feel heard and valued.

I am a pre- accredited Counsellor and Therapist with the IACP. I am committed to on-going professional development and training in order to provide my clients with the best support and evidence-based standard of therapies available.
