Biography

Your journey through life is uniquely yours, and as reflected in my approach as a humanistic-integrative counsellor, I believe in empowering people to reach their full potential through embracing their individuality. I also believe that everyone has a set of unique capabilities to overcome difficulties which can flourish growth, healing, and personal fulfilment. Integrating other therapeutic approaches when needed, also allows therapy to be tailored to suit the needs of the person rather than the person suiting the needs of the therapy.
I am a pre accredited member of the NAPCP, having trained with the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences.

I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment where you are heard with appreciation and compassion to help resolve and heal the issues you are currently facing. I can help support a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, bullying, stress, burn out, life transitions, family conflict, school/college issues, PTSD, self-esteem issues, LGBTQ+ counselling.

Life can be overwhelming and stressful but together we can work on identifying and overcoming negative thinking patterns and beliefs, and help you reach your fullest potential.
