Anna-Marie Patten

I am a Psychotherapist and Counsellor, who holds her accreditation with the Irish Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP). I abide by IACP code of ethics throughout my work. 

I work from a Person-centred approach and Choice Theory/Reality Therapy, but I also incorporate other theorists within my sessions when necessary. I am here to listen and support in a non-judgement way for each client that walks into my room. 

My goal is to facilitate a safe environment where clients can explore, understand and encourage personal growth. 

My years of experience have helped me encompass a wide range of issues including, sexuality, gender identity, mental health challenges, depression, anxiety, addiction and grief and loss. 

Throughout our time together I will help you deal with many challenges that arise in life and will equip you with skills that will help going forward.
