Niamh believes that children find it difficult to express or to talk about a traumatic event due to their lack of vocabulary. Children use Play which is the natural language of children to express how they are feeling.  She uses a variety of creative mediums with children from ages 3-11 such as toys, art, sand, messy play and sensory play.  Niamh will create a supportive and safe environment for the child so they can use their play to work through their issues and bring them back to a healthier state of mental health.
