Mark Kennedy

I have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of presenting issues. My theoretical orientation is integrative, which means I draw on a range of approaches including person-centred, psychoanalytic and existential approaches to help clients achieve greater self-awareness, insight, and empowerment. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I work closely with each client to tailor our sessions to their unique needs and goals.

I have completed extensive postgraduate training and professional development in a range of therapeutic modalities. I hold a Master's degree in Social Science, a Higher Diploma in Psychology anda Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am passionate about ongoing learning and regularly attend workshops, conferences, and training courses to keep my skills and knowledge up-to-date. With my diverse background and commitment to ongoing professional development, I am confident in my ability to provide effective, compassionate, and evidence-based therapy to support clients on their journey towards greater emotional and psychological well-being.
